HOW DO I TAKE A LOAN FROM MY POLICY?
If your policy permits a loan and you have funds available, you can request the loan several ways:
• If you’re tech savvy: Go online to OneAmerica.com and complete the Individual Policy Service Request.
• If you’re old school: Complete the Service & Loan form and email or snail mail it to FiscalBridge for processing.
• If it’s less than $5,000: Call One America and request the loan over the phone. Fast and efficient way!

HOW DO I KNOW MY LOAN AVAILABILITY?

Loan details, as well as loan availability are displayed online in your One America account. Or you can call One America (800-537-6442) or contact FiscalBridge (701-391-3917).

HOW CAN I PAY BACK MY LOAN?

Contact our office and we can send you an email link to make an online service request. Or call One America (800-537-6442) to get your loan payoff amount. If you plan to pay your loan in full:
• Most efficient: Call One America (800-537-6442) and provide them with your routing number & account number and they can draft the payment right over the phone.
• If you’re tech savvy: Go online to OneAmerica.com and complete the Individual Policy Service Request. An automatic loan repayment can also be set up on a monthly basis by completing and submitting the Bank Draft Authorization form. You will receive a loan interest statement prior to your policy anniversary date and you can pay the annual interest off that statement.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY LOAN INTEREST?

Call or email One America and ask them for a ‘Loan History’ Report. How can I add money (cash value) to my PUA rider (PUAR)? If your policy is able to hold additional funds (meaning you haven’t maxed out the cash value rider), the amount you can add to the policy will need to be calculated by the company. You can call or email One America and request this calculation or contact our office and we can submit the calculation request. Once you know the total amount that your policy can hold, you can submit your payment one of the following ways:
• Most Efficient: Grab your check book and Call One America (800-537-6442). They will draft the payment over the phone. There is no charge to do this!
• If you’re tech savvy: Go online to OneAmerica.com and complete the Individual Policy Service Request.
• If you’re old school: The ‘Echeck’ form can be printed off, completed and sent back to FiscalBridge for processing.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Contact our office and we can send you an email link to make an online service request.

Most efficient: Call One America (800-537-6442) and provide them with your new address. FiscalBridge will be notified of this change and update our records accordingly.

If you’re tech savvy: Go online to OneAmerica.com and complete the Individual Policy Service Request.

HOW DO I CREATE MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?

HOW DO I SET UP MY ONLINE ACCOUNT WHEN I AM THE OWNER OF THE POLICY BUT NOT I’M NOT THE INSURED?

When creating the account, use the Owner’s social security number (or TIN if it’s a business) and the Insured’s date of birth.

IMPORTANT TIP: With any correspondence you are sending One America, always include your policy number!

IMPORTANT TIP: Always specify payment instructions when sending funds to One America or speaking with them over the phone. If you want to add money to your cash value, make sure they know the money needs to be “added to your cash value.”

One America Policy – Instructions to Submit Online Loan Request

If your policy permits a loan and you have funds available, you can submit the Loan Request online. No printing or scanning!

To submit the Individual Policy Service Request, go online to oneamerica.com, scroll to the bottom of the page.

In the grey box, under Quick Access, select Individual Policy Service Request, it will pop up in a new window complete the form fields and submit…

As you continue to complete the online form, there will be Security Questions to confirm identity.

Answer them and continue… The last step is to view and sign the document.

This is similar to how you signed your Application and Policy Delivery. Once the form is submitted, our best practice is that you either call our office (701-751-3917) to advise you did the loan request and we can continue to follow up and ensure processing is completed or you can contact One America (800)537 6442 directly and confirm receipt and processing of this form.


MORE FAQs ABOUT LOANS:

If I want a loan for less than $5,000 do I submit forms? No! Loans less than $5,000 can be requested directly over the phone by calling One America at (800) 537 6442.  They do not require a request form be completed.

Where can I see my loan availability? Both your loan details, as well as loan availability are displayed online for viewing, once you login into Account Services. Or, you can call One America at (800) 537 6442.

How can I pay back my loan? You will receive loan interest statements that you can use to mail interest payments. In addition, those payments can be made at OneAmerica.com ( select Individual Policy Service Request) or by calling and making the payment over the phone. If you wish to repay loan principal, you can go online to OneAmerica.com, select Individual Policy Service Request and follow the prompts. A free form text box is provided for you to specify how much of your payment you wish to apply towards your loan. You can also call One America at (800) 537 6442 and they can accept a loan payment over the telephone.

• If you’re old school: Send a check to One America – YOU MUST INCLUDE: Policy Number and INSTRUCTIONS! BE SPECIFIC where the funds are to be applied (loan repayment, PUA Cash Value, Premium)

• Most efficient: Call One America and they can draft your payment right over the phone – have your check book handy! Again, BE SPECIFIC where the funds are to be applied!

To submit the Individual Policy Service Request, go online to oneamerica.com, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

REVIEW THE FORM FOR ACCURACY AND SAVE THE FILE FOR YOUR RECORDS.

As you continue to complete the online form, you will be asked to answer Security Questions to confirm your identity. Answer them and continue…

The last step is to view and sign the document. This is similar to how you signed your Application and Policy Delivery.
