SOFTWARE YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW/LEARN
- Word / Excel / Outlook
- CRM System: Infusionsoft (we will train you)
- Project Manager: Asana
- Company Websites
WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
While there is no specific experience needed, it would be awesome to have knowledge of life insurance and farming. We want you to share our passion! If you don't know insurance of farming, it's okay - we can train you. However, if you don't care to learn, then it may be a fit like pantyhose on a pig!
Travel and weekends are required twice a year for conferences we sponsor.
No micromanaging here! The boss does not have time for that, but like Santa, she's always watching.

Pay is paid on an hourly rate and based on experience. $16.00 to $18.50
Bonuses are possible along with commission.
Admin Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
May be later during the busy season and weekends but rare.
